1. Our approach to privacy
This Platform is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require an account, we do not collect payment information and we do not handle real money. The data we touch is the minimum necessary to keep the games fun and the website running.
2. Information we do NOT collect
- We do not ask for your name, address, email or phone number to play.
- We do not request or store any payment, banking or credit-card details.
- We do not sell or rent any data to third parties.
3. Information we may collect
a) Game data stored locally
Your virtual coin balance and game preferences are stored in your browser using localStorage. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
b) Technical and analytics data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, page accessed and timestamp. This is used solely to keep the site secure and to understand aggregate usage. It is not used to identify individual visitors.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary technologies. Please see our Cookies page for full details, including how to manage them.
5. Legal basis for processing
Where the UK GDPR applies, the legal basis for the limited processing described above is our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving a free entertainment platform, in a way that does not unduly impact your rights.
6. How long we keep data
- Local game data: remains on your device until you clear it.
- Server access logs: retained only for as long as needed for security and diagnostic purposes, typically a short rolling period.
7. Sharing of information
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing. We may share limited technical data with our hosting and infrastructure providers strictly to operate the Platform. We may also share information when required by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to the UK GDPR and other applicable laws, you have rights including: access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Because the Platform stores most data locally on your device, many of these rights can be exercised simply by clearing your browser data.
If you wish to exercise a right that requires our action, you can reach us via the contact options inside the Platform interface.
9. Children
The Platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has used the Platform, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps.
10. International transfers
Server logs may be processed in the country where our hosting is located. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how your data has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
